Its 750 bucks Australian, dont mind as this is my games pc and its all
going to be under 2,500 dollars my budget a few years ago a rig like
this would have been 5 grand :( or more :0

That's a fairly poor deal for a flawed and now discontinued card.
Take a look at it's replacement, the 9800 XT (also in 256MB guise) - you
should be able to pick one up for a similar price.
