I am on Vista running IE7 so I am not sure if it is Vista or the MS boards.

Almost Everytime I post or reply to a post I get the message about the
Service being busy and do I want to go back. I then go back and click post
again and it says I have already posted but it hasn't.

I also get this "confirmation" of whether I want MS to send me emails or
not. I have set this up in my profile already so I am not sure why it is
asking everytime.

I also get it asking for my Password with almost Every Post even though I am
being shown as signed in and I have ticked it to save my email and my
password.

The boards went down completely for me this afternoon with a "service is not
available" page.

I have tried it with a new different profile with the same result.

Maybe the MS boards aren't IE7 on Vista friendly yet. I know that Exchange
Webmail doesn't support IE7 on Vista.

Cheers,
Lara

I get the same errors as you do, but not a much.

As far as Exchange Webmail, it works just fine on with IE7 on Vista.
What version of OWA are you using?
There is a patch for Exchange 2003 to fix the IE7 issue.

The other thing I've found is that the S/MIME controls that you can install
from OWA don't work with IE7.
If you uninstall them, OWA works properly.

Take care,

OKuma

Yes, there is a patch available for Exchange. The problem is that my head
office will not deploy it until the next "patch" time which is next month at
the earliest due to the fact it is a server they can't take offline very
often. I just found it pretty silly that MS doesn't make its own products
compatable without patches.

Hi,

Thanks Ronnie. I will check out Windows Mail from home. I do a lot of
posting at work and Outlook Express is blocked simply because I don't want
any users using it. Therefore as I used to post mainly from work I just used
the MS web interface. Now I am off on maternity so I am using my new Vista
machine.

Cheers,
Lara
