anyone else find KAV isn't auto-updating ?

KAV Personal 5.0.325

all been fine until today

attempting to update online gets an error dialog:
"Error occured during the task execution."

downloading daily.zip
and installing the defs manually works fine

Hi there,

I had a similar problem with the auto update function of the Kaspersky
5.0.325 version. When I enable ICMP traffic on my NAT router the
problems are gone.

Maybe the Kaspersky forum has an solution for you ?

after playing around a bit,
I get the feeling my problem was firewall-related too

I'm embarassed to admit I didn't know about the Kaspersky forum
thanks for that :)
