If you're using the HP 1100d printer can you tell me about how long it
takes to start printing the first page of any size print job? The new
inkjets I've looked at seem to take about 15 seconds to do a head
clean before they start printing. They take about 10 seconds if
they've been used recently. My old HP 2000C takes 7 seconds to do a
head clean before printing or just 2 seconds if it was used recently.
This makes my old printer faster then the new ones on small 1 and 2
page print jobs. I tried a new Canon I860 but that delay before
printing drives me nuts. Any info on the 1100d would be appreciated.
Thanks
