anybody know the right required to view disk space through MMC?

Is it possible to give a regular domain user account the right to open up
the mmc and view the disk space on servers? They need go into the "disk
management" part of the storage component under computer-management, but
they get an access denied error.

Are local admin rights required for this to work, or is there some specific
right I can grant them?
 
thanks, but what rights are required to run this? A regular user is denied
access to run this, in a domain environment.
