If a files is created such that the B-Frame is read first and then the
A-Frame commonly called Even-Odd then you will get all sorts of problems
and yours in particular. I have been told by the authors of more advanced
software than Movie Maker that faster playback of the audio is a typical
example of this issue. I was then surprised to find that the make of camera
can also be involved in this problem. If your camera is one of the regulars
mentioned in here then its not likely that that is the issue. So what
camera do you have?
If the above is not the issue then you could look at the order your audio
and video codecs are presented to the program. You can change the order and
even withhold codecs if you want to. I don't have time at the moment to
give you a full explanation of the process (Its easy when you know how, as
