I have Microsoft outlook 2003 and I am lookinig for world time zone program
with fully compatible with Outlook
any opne know any good program?

I'm not aware of any addins... what features do you want in your world time
zone program that you don't get from using Outlook's two time zone feature?
 
the time over the world with map picture if applicable
within the outlook
