O2003 with Business Contact Manager looks really good for a small business
with one person. But I'm trying to help a friend who works with a virtual
assistant. The assistant is the one who would be entering most of the
contact information, keeping up with communicatons, etc. Right now ACT!
looks like the best solution, but it's far from intuitive to use. Is there
any way that two Outlook files, on separate computers not on a network, can
be synchronized? Intuit Customer Manager synchronizes two users that way -
and also synchronizes with Outlook, so maybe that could work. Suggestions?
TIA
