Any way to switch profiles without closing Outlook '02?

Apparently Outlook Express has a way to switch to a
different user profile without closing the program. Is
there a way to switch to another profile without having
to close and re-open Outlook 2002?

My wife and I both want easy access to our profiles and
closing and re-opening Outlook is a PITA.
