Any way to know new IP address after it's renewed?

I have successfully configured my computer and router so I am able to connect
to it from the Internet (at the office, school, home, etc.). My problem is
this...sometimes the IP address assigned by the ISP changes (I assume this is
when the lease expires and it is renewed). Is there any way or techniques I
can use to find out the new IP address if I'm away from my computer since I
cannot access it to see the new address?

Download and install the required utility from dyndns.
You can then access your system using a URL
instead of its IP address.
