Any way to get summary of important calendar events?

I would like to be able to code certain events in Outlook, so that I could
bring up a summary, either visually or in print of them. (Primarily travel
related events, so I could see when I need to be elsewhere)

Is there any way to do this? The events could be as soon as immediately;,
or a year or so out.

Thanks!

Use categories to index like events and then you can use a filtered view by
category to view all related events.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, BigBlueMan asked:

Glad to hear it - categories are terribly under-used but very powerful.
