Any Way to Default Categories when Creating a New Contact in Outlook?

I have a category that I add to every contact. Is there a way to
default that category to every new contact so I don't have to manually
choose it each time?

Figured it out. You have to create an outlook form with this default
and set to your default. I am surprised MSFT does not have this as
user preference.
