Any way of giving the main page of outlook the new ribbon style?

I much prefer it over the old style. Kinda wierd that Emails get the ribbon,
but the main page doesnt.
 
Have you considered the amount of time it would have taken to give the main page the ribbon look? Have you looked only at the Tools option to see how difficult it would have been?
