any virtual magnifier?????

hi all,

I am looking for a virtual magnifier ... something like if i drag it over a
window or text it make it bigger for me.

some programs or web sites very small ....

hope u guys know what i mean?

Windows has a magnifier built in as one of the accessibility options.

Mozilla lets you enlarge the text of any web page.
