I agree with everybody else, but would add:

If this is being detected by Microsoft Antispyware, and you are choosing
remove, and it comes back, please try restarting your machine in safe mode,
by pressing the F8 function key before the initial Windows screen appears.

Then do full deep scans until a scan comes through completely clean--perhaps
2 scans.

If that doesn't take care of the problem write back here--you have an issue
Microsoft Antispyware cannot yet handle, but there are further steps that
can be taken.
