On my computer I have somehow downloaded or uploaded something I shouldn't
have. Well live and learn. Regardless I now have a problem. One of my scans
on my computer claim it is a Vundo Trogan but another scan says I have four
seperate trogans.

Avg results:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v503/rainniar/trogan3.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v503/rainniar/trogan4.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v503/rainniar/togan2.jpg
thats what are AVG scan brings up and it can't delete the files.

And Norton AntiVirus keeps putting this on when we log on to our accounts:

(also can not delete.)

If we have seperate accounts and it seems the viruses are on the one we
named "Mitsukai". If we just delete account will it go away?

We are going to try scan with some programs in safety mode and see if that
works. Until than, anyone have any suggestions on what we should do. If worse
comes to worse we'll have to clean the whole computer out.

Suggestions please.

Or Just Post.

Thank you.

Try these:

Removal tool:

You might want to weigh the time it takes to remove vs. reinstall from your
backups; you do have backups, right? <g>.

For Vundo infections:

1. Do the preparatory work here:

2. Then do the specific removal steps here:

3. You might also want to see if BleepingComputer has any removal
tutorials for your specific infection:
