any pictures able to be seen

I am not able to see any pictures on my computer. I
would like this to be fixed, so that I can purchase my
newborns' pictures online. That is not the only
problem. I cannot see any sort of pictures on any
website. Thanks!

I know that they're OE sites, but thes particular settings are global. If
