Any other TV applications able to use ATI TV Wonder PCI card?

As the subject states...

Are there any other applications out there that I can use to watch TV on an
ATI TV Wonder PCI card?

Also... anything that will work like a VCR and automatically record programs
at set times?

I tried a few. Showshifter had a bad picture with the ATI Video Pro
PCI card. WinDVR works great and there's a free trial. I could not
get MMC 8.2 which came with the card to install at all.
