Any one has this?

  • Thread starter Thread starter really need this
  • Start date Start date
Sometimes linetext is broken up. The link is one line should read:
http://www.mcpmag.com/features/article.asp?EditorialsID=273

If Ace threw that at the end of a line, then that's what caused the
wordwrapping to occur. It's typical for news editors to autowrap
text at the 76th position. This is typical for any news reading
software. If you don't use Outlook Express or Outlook to
subscribe to the newsgroup, perhaps you should try it out.

The news server microsoft is:

nntp://news.microsoft.com
or
nntp://msnews.microsoft.com

You'll need to select the microsoft.public.win2000.dns out of the
list of newsgroups presented and then subscribe to it.

You'll want to make sure your email address doesn't get posted
to the newsgroup once you see the news.microsoft.com or
the msnews.microsoft.com, you'll right click on it and set up
the appropriate information for the newsgroup.

Hope that helps you. ;-)

thanks for the reply.

however, the real issue is that the article seems not
online at the site anymore. Have you tried the link?

I tried to find the article using google and came up empty.
There seems to be problems with that website. They seem
to be advertising alot and offering nothing in return. Maybe
they're changing something. Very strange. It looks like a big
commercial to me right now.

It seems to be their site. I even tried to search on the article title at
their site, got a couple hits, but they come empty as well. I guess you'll
have to wait till they clean up whatever is going on or you can email them.
