I believe the iPaqs use the Widcomm stack.

No all iPaq units that I've come across have the Broadcom stack. It seems
that all devices which use the MS stack are Pocket PC Phone Edition or
Smartphone devices, mostly those manufactured by HTC.

Bluetooth Stack?

XDAII (HTC Himalaya) has the MS Stack. The XDAIIs and XDAIIi (and
equivalents) seem to have the Broadcom software.
