Any news on their next chipset

I was planning on ordering the x800 xt next week but it is still too
expensive for me. I realize the price will drop a great deal when their
next model comes out. Any word on this?

I doubt there'll be anything newer than the X800XT until at least Christmas,
probably longer.

They need to earn some money from the X800s first!

Then order an X800 Pro VIVO and mod it -- just a BIOS-flash to XT will do.
All 16 pipelines available! After flashing and having confirmed the 16
pipelines are there, you can flash back to your original BIOS (so make sure
to save it before you flash the XT BIOS) and the 16 pipelines will remain
enabled. Then it's a matter of overclocking.

Look around on the internet for modding guides, there are plenty already.

The x800 _is_ "their next model". The _next_ next model shouldn't be out
for 6 months or so.
