I suggest you show your computer to a professional.

If you purchased a retail copy of Windows, you can obtain a replacement
CD directly from Microsoft:
"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and
product upgrades, and replace product manuals"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246

If you have an OEM version of Windows you need to deal directly with the
manufacturer of your computer.

Hi.
I have problem with several of XP's services that can not be started, along
with their dependencies as well.
Those services are: Routing and Remote Access, Human Interface Device
Access, Universal Plug and Play Device Host, SSDP Discovery Service,
Bluetooth Support Service, Application Layer Gateway Service and Distributed
Link Tracking Client.
I'm quite confident that my system have never been infected by any virus at
all time.
I can not use my XP CD's for repair option since it got heavily scratched.
Anyone out there can help me repairing this through registry and can give
assistance to me on how to do that? or any other way besides using XP CD?
Thank You.

you might try going
to your computers
homesite and reinstall
drivers that have been
likely updated.
