Any help on Xp and Winnt 4.0 server ?

I am using an XP administrator right user and normal
domain user to login to NT4 Domain. After that, seem i
lost the XP administrator function and act as a user only.
Can't setup program or access to program.

Domain profile is seem bigger than XP pro workstation ?

Could you clarify this question more?

Do you mean that you can no longer install programs when logged on
locally to XP as an administrator?

When you say "access to program", do you mean that "Start->All
Programs" have no programs listed after joining the domain?
