I don't run a server myself to have needed to use any
of the console commands, however they are neatly
listed in a readme.rtf file provided with the Dedicated Sever:
1.02

The 1.03 version has additional commands for TK banning, etc.
Here's the system I use condensed into 2 lines.
XP Pro SP1, DX 9.0b, ASUS P4PE, P4 2.4, Intel 845 v5, 512 MB RAM,
DSL, 430W P/S, SBLive!, MSI G4Ti4200 64 MB v45.23, DVD, CDRW.
