Any good website or reference material to teach "Design Time" in C#

Hi Greg

I mean, say combination of components in one control, that you can have it
as
a DLL; so can import it to another project easily, and specify thier
attributes at "design time" then. For example a "Chart" Dll, that you can
include in your project, so you will see it in "ToolBox" menu, and can drag
it to your Form, and then specify its attribute in Porperty window.

Any help will be appreciated.
