Anyone recommend any good books to teach yourself VB.NET. I am a family
accomplished programmer in VB 6 and eVB.

Maybe something like "Teach Yourself VB.Net in X days or less" or "VB.NET
for dummies". Anything that would give me the basics so I can hit the
ground running.

Hi

I'm a 6 developer myself and learning .net is a pain!
I used visual basic.net programming by peter aitken, coz its CHEAP!

Anything will do tho, most of it you'll find yourslef looking up on the web
anywho! Having a good understanding of OO obviously helps allot!

Hi,

This isn't a "Dummies" book, but I'd suggest that you take a look at .NET
Compact Framework Programming with Visual Basic .NET (Microsoft Net
Development Series)
by Paul Yao, David Durant
