Any freeware to reveal the hidden functionalities of windows xp???

Is there any freeware to enable use all the functionalites that are only
available for professional uses

eg Security stuff, and stuff that needs to be run via Run Command ....

???

I dont know if you are looking for a "tweak" type of application like
X-Teq
