any freeware or Macro program to get a word doc and grab all the URLs out of it ...?

I have some .doc files and I want to grab the URLS out of it. The file is
mixed with URLs and there is no rule to filter on it.

any easy way to do it?

maybe save as html. then load into browser. use 'list links" command (IE
web accessories)
