Any freeware alternatives to Adaptec's SCSI drivers?

I can and have downloaded them from Adaptec's web site but I can't
distribute them...

ADAPTEC, INC.
DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE LICENSE
"Restrictions. You may not distribute copies of the Software in any
manner, including, but not limited to, distribution through web site
postings."

As some of you know I am making a bootable DOS CD with only freeware on
it, to give away for free, but according to this license I can't
distribute Adaptec's ASPI drivers for DOS on the CD. Is there an
alternative freeware DOS driver for Adaptec SCSI cards?

Don't know if this would be of any help, but:

http://aspi.radified.com/

They mention another company, "LSILOGIC" at http://www.lsilogic.com.
Maybe they don't have such restrictions?

Also, here's a shortlink to a search I did at http://www.dvdrhelp.com:

http://makeashorterlink.com/?K58824EE7
The links I looked at pointed to Adaptecs site.If I don't hear any suggestions from anyone else, Tuesday I'll send an
email off to Adaptec asking for their ok. I have In the past downloaded
many drivers from www.driverguide.com. I downloaded Adaptec's SCSI
drivers from them and I didn't have to read or agree to any license
agreement, either on driverguide's website or in the unZipped drivers.
Either they have permission from Adaptec to ditribute the drivers or it's
just not very important to them.

Thankyou John,

Mark S.
