Any free tutorials on Win XP administration?

I'm curious how to learn more power user stuff. I'd like to make sure my
roommate has access to certain applications from inside his own account, and
I'd like a HOWTO or (dare I dream?) free tutorial or video. Anybody know if
a website that has that kind of stuff?
