Any fix for Q325666 Yet?

Experiencing a problem where if I try to access the Corporate or Internet
Settings under the Internet Explorer Maintenance\Advanced section, I get
bounced back to the properties dialog for my OU. The Corporate or Internet
Settings dialog never shows. According to MS in article Q325666 there is a
fix for this, but no reference is made of the file(s) needed. Anyone know
how I can locate these files, is it some sort of hotfix? If there is where
can I obtain it?

To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services

Since this is a Hotfix there should be no charge for the call.
