Any downloads or programs to customize appearance in Outlook

Let's face it. Outlook is ugly. That grey background and old timey icons
are pretty homely. Does anyone know of a program, download, or other way to
customize Outlook with background colors or other visual improvements?
 
What version of outlook are you using on what OS? Outlook 2003 with either
the blue or silver windows xp theme looks pretty good.

Unless something like window blinds does it, no. Business people care more
about functions and features not icons and the prettiest eye candy is less
important than a working program. :)

I'm using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP Pro. Perhaps 2003 is visually different
.. . . ? I appreciate your taking time to respond to me, but I don't think it
fair to suggest I'm not a serious business person. I care more about
function too, or I wouldn't use Outlook at all. But that hardly means it has
to be ugly! Ask anyone - if you could have the same program visually
appealing, or not, which version would they choose? The answer is easy.
