Look for "Cookie Muncher Version 3.7". It got a searchpath for
to the Cookie folder" in Opera as far as I can se. I use it for IE
but I have seen in the tight hand menu that is seems work for Opera
to.

visited links and more. It's free. Link available at the Opera

I manage cookies on Opera 6.05 as follows:-

File/Delete Private Data/Check the 2 boxes under cookies = No Cookies
stored.

While you are there, may as well check every other boxes too.

If you don't keep hackable information on your computer, then you have
less to concern you.
