AntuSpywareInstall.exe won't execute

After downloading the program I am not able to install it
because it says tha te applecation failed to start because
the application configuration is incorrect. How can I solve
this problem?
 
Say a little more?

What version and service pack of Windows are you installing on?

Can you give a step by step?

I tend to suspect that this is either an issue with whatever mechanism
extracts from zip files on your system, or with the Windows Installer, but I
can't tell so far.
