Antivirus with command line

Hi,
I'm looking for an antivirus wich works only with command line ,without
resident stuffs.
I use janaserver with avast home .
Avasthome hasn't command line option.

Windows port of ClamAV:
http://clamav.or.id/snapshot/clamav-devel-latest.cygwin.zip

clamscan.exe will scan a message
freshclam.exe will autoupdate virus defs

Only thing to note is that, clamscan will unpack emails to a temporary
area on disk, which might cause avasthome to popup a virus warning,
so you may need to modify avasthome to EXCLUDE the clamav temporary
directory.
