Antivirus update

OneCare is unable to download and install the current Anitvirus update in my
system. I have a Win XP with SP2. I have attempted to contact the Live Chat
for 2 days and am unable to view the chat. The window appears but no chat.
When checking my Hotmail there is a response from the Tech that he has been
waiting for several minutes for my response. Can anyone help me. Thank you,
