I have EZ trust on my x86 installation. Has anyone been able to get the
real-time scanner working on x64?
Security center says that it is not running, it says it is not running. I
can scan with it..but would rather have real time going.

McAfee Betat say not to use on Vist????
This beta release supports Windows XP. Installation on other operating
systems, including Windows Vista, is not supported or recommended.

Sorry for the second reply....
EZ Trust .... was fine for a 2 days when the real-time scanner would stop
loading...
and I noticed that it's no longer on the Microsoft soft.

Great! Thanks a lot! Would you please tell the Vista people about this. I
have spent soo much time at their indication withou success (TrendMicro).

You can also use Network Associates (McAfee) VirusScan Enterprise 8.0i and
updated with the latest SuperDAT. I just installed it since 7.1 has a known
"compatability" issue.

I have not tried the latest versions of Symantec as of yet.

Avast 4.7 works well with Vista Beta, and it's no cost for a 12-month
subscription.

Trend Micro Internet Security 14.
Not with RC1 it doesn't. Know of any AV that does?

Therefore I contacted Anvil software and got these links and info in return;

"
It is problem of Microsoft, they accidentally blocked our driver.
These Beta versions are work-arounding this problem:

Avast! Home (English):
http://files.avast.com/files/beta/4.7.881/setupeng.exe (~11MB)
Avast! Professional (English):
http://files.avast.com/files/beta/4.7.881/setupengpro.exe (~11MB)

Avast! Home (multilingual):
http://files.avast.com/files/beta/4.7.881/setupful.exe (~40MB)
Avast! Professional (multilingual):
http://files.avast.com/files/beta/4.7.881/setupfulpro.exe (~40MB)
"

I run the home edition, and it works great!
