AntiVir log - is this a problem needing fixing??

Hi, after spending a long time clearing out bugs from my system and following advice in a previous forum I changed from AVG to AntiVir. After checking the log report from them I keep getting warnings coming up and am not sure if they are really important issues that need sorting and why they are issues and where they have come from. Following is the report if anyone can shed any light on the situation would be eternally grateful!! (as always)
