ut of nowhere I have an aggravating spyware pop up called SpywareQuake that
I cannot get rid of despite a blocker and yahoo anti spyware! I have tried
de-installing it, deleting it from Add / Remove Programs and deleting from
the
Toolbar, all to no success. It keeps relanding on boot up then regularly
pops up during applications. Can anybody help?

Also check that you are running latest Java
www.java.com
Uninstall all older Sun Java versions add/remove programs.
