why won't the system delete the spyware that it finds?
examples: isearch.desktop.search and 180search
assistant. i tell the program to REMOVE them, not just
quarantine, it acts like it succeeds, i reboot the
computer and they're all still there! what goes on???????

I had same problem until I selected under Scan Options -
Full System Scan.

Hope this helps

Don't foeget to disable System Restore (if you are using
it) prior to deleting any 'nasties', otherwise you run
the risk of being reinfected with the very things you are
trying to eradicate....;)

And you also run the risk of removing the safety net right before you step
out on the high wire.

Good point! I'd also like to add to boot into Safe Mode
*without* Network Support, disable System Restore as mentioned
above, and then do a Full System Scan with MS AntiSpyware.

You also believe that removing the safety net before stepping onto the wire
is good practice?
