I ran the program, tested a few different
scenarios....actually forced spyware into my system to see
what the program did. No spyware found by microsoft,
however 71 components found by Ad-Aware SE....works good
eh?

hey same here.I was just running a test using MS Antispy
and Spybot:Search and Destroy.

I used MS Antispy first.Nothing found.

Then i ran Spybot:Search and Destroy.6 items found.

5 were under DSO(Data Source Object) Exploit:all were
registry changes.

the last 1 was a file by WindowsAdTools.

If MS Antispy couldnt even detect something like Windows
AdTools i suggest it does some serious thinking.

I expect the DSOs will be left that way because actually they are well known
false positives by Spybot S&D

As for WindowsAdTools we can't expect it to catch everything right off the
top. This is what the community and reporting mechanism are for. Give it
some time :)
