Antispyware won't load

So i downloaded and installed the antispyware program and
it ran great the first time. I finished a quick scan and
removed the objects and then it asked me if i wanted the
program to protect my computer from like my home pages
being changed or something like that and i clicked "yes"
and at this point antispyware froze and stopped
responding so i had to close it. Now i can't get it to
open again. I double click the icon to open it and it
says loading antispyware but never actually loads. It
just stops responding. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling it but i still have the problem. What should
i do???
