hello there!
Even if I know I'm Online my "Antispyware" keep giving me
that there's not a Internet connection error.
Anybody knows what to do here?

I've seen recent reports that setting the Internet Explorer Connection
setting to "automatically detect" has fixed this issue for some here.

Can you try that and let us know?

I'm having the same problem. I tried removing the
program and reinstalling it and didn't work. I updated
the software by doing... Control Panel, Add-Remove
Programs and clicked Update next to the Program's name
and still didn't work. I also checked Norton anti-virus
and other antispyware program's settings and found
nothing to indicate any interference with Microsoft's
Antispyware update feature. Please advice...

Do you have a software firewall other than the Windows firewall or XP
firewall? Can you check your Internet connection in Internet Explorer, and
see whether "automatically detect settings" is selected? Tools, Internet
options, connection, settings button.

If you are on a lan or connected to a router, chose the LAN settings button,
otherwise choose the settings button next to the dialup entries.

I've tried doing that and it still won't update. I'm
having the same problem, just in the last few days, my
boyfriend's computer started doing the same thing. Won't
detect an internet connecting. I'm needing help also.

I don't have a fix that works for this one. It can definitely be
transient--it won't hurt to keep trying. Definitions have been roughly
weekly, according to the KB article about them, a new one, 5703 was posted
today, but I can't see it from my machine so far.
