AntiSpyware scan results

Scanning with AntiSpyware , AntiSpyware scans 1000 or
more memory processes and sometimes 23 memory processes .
Could this be expected to be normal ? the number of
processes I mean .
The Western Digital WINDLG software program has repaired
my harddrive and I am using the harddrive in the repaired
state .
 
The difference between these numbers (of memory processes scanned)
corresponds to a difference between "intelligent quckscan" and full, deep
scans.
