Thanks Guys,

Understood that I will need the corporate version then.
Will there be the option to disable the home version via
GP? Obviously I don't want people to install the home
version and prevent any GP changes.

There's an unattended uninstall script available now. I'm not sure whether
anything more formal or supported might be offered.
---------------------------
Unattended uninstall:

The command should be:
MsiExec.exe /X {536F7C74-844B-4683-B0C5-EA39E19A6FE3} -qn

If you want a log file ... (note: no space between the /L
and its parameters (ime))

MsiExec.exe /X {536F7C74-844B-4683-B0C5-EA39E19A6FE3} /Lime
c:\temp\msas.log -qn

Sprry, if this is a newbie question.

Got some test machines and want to run a unattended
install on them. Can we sent this out to certain ip
range/ips?

That's not an answer I know. I assume most doing things like this are using
Active Directory to do the work, and I think that means deployment to
specific groups defined in Active Directory--which might correspond to a
range of IP's, but that'd be something set up manually, I guess.

I'll freely admit to never having done anything along these lines, so I
shouldn't be responding at all---but its a long holiday weekend in the
US--not sure who else will be reading.
