I received critical error 101 when running MS Anti-
Spyware Beta. Per instructions, I am contacting you.

Had browser hijack problem (about:blank). Escallated
issue, made several changes to registry, etc. PER
INSTRUCTIONS!!!! Everything seemed fixed.

Per instructions from my caseworker, I ran Anti-spyware
and Norton AV SUCCESSFULY on my XP ID (I am the superuser
on this PC). Caseworker also instructed me to run Anti-
Spyware from the other (three) XP 'accounts' on my PC. I
tried to run Anti-Spyware from two of the three accounts,
but received error 101. I am able to re-run Anti-Spyware
from my user account, reset the Browser Hijack, etc.

You have to be logged in as an Administrator to successfull run Microsoft

Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
