AntiSpyware does not work for me.

I've run AntiSpyware at least 45 times, and it simply is
NOT removing the spyware that's on my machine. I have no
idea where to go from here - each time the software finds
problems, I tell the program to remove the hijackers, et
al, and then when I relaunch IE, they are all back...any
ideas how to get help?

Try running a full system scan in Safe Mode at least 2 times. On the scan
page choose Scan Options > Full System Scan. It is best your continue using
additional third party AntiSpyware solutions along with MSAS:

Hi Thunder,
Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;
Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;
Run the scan while in safe mode;
If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recognize.
