AntiSpyware blocked firewall and system restore feature

After installing Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta program, my
firewall was disabled and I cannot enable it. Also
cannot do a system restore (I have tried about a dozen
dates on system restore), and upon boot receive a an
error message "Error loading C:\Program~1NewDot~1
\NewDot~2.dll. I uninstalled the program, but still
cannot do a system restore or turn on my firewall.

should get the firewall issue fixed, and easily.

For the newdotnet message, just do another scan with Microsoft Antispyware.
That should eliminate this final leftover from the spyware removal.

I have been able to turn on firewall but am still getting
the following message Error loading C:\Program~1NewDot~1
\NewDot~2.dll. A new scan hasn't resolved this problem.
