AntiSpyware block file opening

Good morning to everybody.

I have a little problem.
I installed on my notebook with o.s. Windows XP Professional the Microsoft
AntiSpyware Beta 1. It work correctly but when I try to open some type of my
local files (such as Visual Studio .NET files) in NotePad MSAntiSpyware
block the operation.

Is it a normal activity?

I think you may be seeing a bug related to actions involving script files.
Does that describe the kind of files you are opening?
