AntiSpy will not update

The beta spyware will not up date. it says no internet
connection for auto update for the past week. im on a
braudband connection, and everything else is working fine.
any idea's?
 
When you attempt to update select File, Update. However, make sure that
Internet Explorer is Online and not Offline when you make your attempt.
You may also have to configure your Firewall to allow MSAS to send and
receive.

If you are trying to update to 1.0.509 you have to go to the Microsoft site
and download it from there (in spite of the fact that it says there that you
don't have to download and that it will automatically update!)

well im using "Microsoft AntiSpyware Version: 1.0.501"
allready. but this has only been happening for the last
week or so. FINLY it let me update the definations this
morning.

I connect with IE to make sure all is working before hand,
and as far as the firewall go's the software is off and
the hardware is allowing it. like i said before in the
previous post. I finly updated the definations this
morning. I don't know what changed or is maybe the server
was down or what ever. but it is working now.
